Ask the Author–Would You Rather Shake Hands with the Hero, or Punch the Bad Guy?

Happy Summer. At least, I count it as summer. As a result, we are beginning our Simplified Summer Series again. The posts are still similar, but shorter than the usual posts, because summer gets crazy around here, and this is the best way I can try to make sure there are posts. Anyhow, this summer, our author questions are going to be “Would you rather…” type questions. You are welcome to answer these for yourself since they don’t really have much to do with being an author. Just pick your favorite book and apply them to that.

Question: Would you rather shake hands with the hero, or punch the bad guy?

Answer: I would definitely rather shake hands with the hero. I don’t like hurting people, regardless of whether I like the person or not. Besides, I’m not that good at punching, and chances are, I’d just make the bad guy angry and get myself killed. And then, I’d rather not get close enough to any bad guys to be able to punch them.
