A Silly Story Game

This is the fifth week, and a holiday in the USA (Happy Memorial Day, by the way) so I thought we’d do something fun today. I’ve got a Madlib-type story here, so brush the dust off your parts of speech knowledge, and let’s get this going!

If you’ve never played this before, here’s how it goes. First, pick a word for the category by each number. (For example, if it says noun, you could write butterfly or pickle. If it says verb, you could write something like skip, or meander. You probably get the idea.) Write your words down by the numbers. After you finish doing that, go to the story part below and use the numbered words to fill in the numbered blanks. (Your number one word goes in the number one blank, etc.) When you finish, read the completed story and get some good laughs, since it probably won’t make a lot of sense.
