Ask the Author–Are You Still Alive?

It has been almost a year since I wrote. Hence the “Ask the Author” question. No, nobody really asked me that, but maybe, perhaps, someone has been wondering.

In case you didn’t guess, the answer is yes, I am still alive. Just a great big huge slacker. The last year (more like the last twenty months or so) has really derailed me in a lot of things. There has been a lot going on. Some of it has been good, and some of it has been really hard. The hard things have really zapped my creativity. The bits I get I have needed for other things. Also, I lost the planner I used to plan out all my posts for a while, and I kept thinking I would find it for sure, but I never did, so I finally have decided I’ll just have to do it all again, even though I don’t remember what I planned, so I’ll be coming up with new ideas. Ah, well. Perhaps it will exercise my creativity to get it back better. Last of all, I have just been crazy busy. As I type this I am thinking about a billion other things I should probably be doing. Because of that, this is a short one. But yes, I am alive, and I’m trying to get back to doing this. Hopefully, I can get some momentum going again and rekindle my creativity and keep going for a while. *Crosses fingers*
